Yeah well … it is better to do business with Franz than to talk to Smart Bro Agents in their office. It is because before, I have applied for the same plan but the office agents keep on telling me that my area is not covered with Plan 999, so I was forced to get the Plan 799 Plug-it. Thinking that plan would help me somehow, by giving me a connection, faster than dial up connection. To my dismay, it was WORST than my dial up connection at home. So I was closed to having a contract with it for 2 years, I have to deal with it. But the smart office agents didn’t stop me from looking for a way to get smart bro plan 999. So I called customer support, informed them about my problem. They suggested that I should let the tech check again in my area if there is a signal. Since office agents of smart pisses me off, I searched on the internet for more sources. I found Franz, and in about a week, I already have my Smart Bro plan 999 at home- The connection I needed and the speed that pleases me. So, smart office agents SUCKS! GRRRRR … I hate them for putting me up to paying 799 for a worthless piece of ___. DANG!
