and to install DVDstyler, download the deb from here: http://getdeb.net/app/DVDStyler
To convert the AVI with avidemux first choose “Open” and select the file, then choose “Auto” (across the top) then choose “DVD”. Then choose “Save” and make sure you save it as a .mpg
