Working with Gee

How does a project start? With the problem you want solved and how it affects the business. Gee asks about your workflow, data and rules, then presents a scope with the deliverables, the time and the cost. Building starts on your go-ahead.
What does he need from you? How the work is done today, where the data comes from and where it should go, the business rules, and the tools you already pay for, so nothing you own goes unused.
How is the work delivered? In phases, with one milestone per feature.
What happens to the code at the end? It stays in GitHub, ideally in your organization's account, so your team can carry the work on. The handover includes training on how to use it.

What happens to your message

What is collected: what you type into this form and the choices you make, plus the time it was sent.
Why: only to reply to you and to decide whether the work is a good fit, or to fix a reported problem.
Who sees it: only the site owner reads it. It is stored in a Cloudflare database that belongs to this site and is never shown on the site.
How long: it is deleted 180 days after it was sent.
Limits: a few messages a day can be sent from one network. To count them, the site keeps a scrambled code made from your network address, deleted after that day.
WhatsApp: if you choose it, the site owner’s WhatsApp number is shown only after you send the form, as a link that opens a chat with him. The chat happens in WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own terms, and this site keeps no copy of it.
The bot check: Turnstile, run by Cloudflare, loads once you start filling in the form, not before.
