Demo
Follow up on unanswered emails, safely
A command-line tool, played here as a terminal, over the sent folder of an invented pottery studio. It finds the emails still waiting for a reply, lets you choose which to follow up, shows each message before anything happens, sends only on a yes as a reply in the same thread, and records it so that thread is never offered again.
This is a simulation. The studio, the people, the shops they work for and every message are invented, and no email is ever sent: a “sent” follow-up only appears in the invented mailbox below. No AI model runs on this page, nothing you do leaves your browser or is kept, and reloading the page starts again.
Settings for the next scan
Mode
While on, a yes only shows what would be sent, and this demo records nothing. Dry run starts on.
The follow-up template
Hello again, {name}, A gentle follow-up on my message of day {day} about "{subject}". If anything is missing on my side, just say and I will send it. Kind regards, The studio
Each preview fills in the first name, the day of your latest message and the subject.

History
One row per thread that got a follow-up. Every scan checks it first, so a thread here is never offered again. Dry runs never add a row.
- Row 1: T-5 "Reorder of the blue bowls", to Linden at Harbour, followed up on day 9.

Day 14
What the scan reads: every thread with a message you sent. After a scan each thread shows what the scan decided, and a sent follow-up appears as a reply in its own thread.

What the demo shows
- Unanswered, decided from the thread itself. Each thread is put in day order. It counts only if you wrote first, it is answered if the latest message is theirs, and it is offered once the days since your latest message reach the wait. Every thread left out gets its reason.
- A history checked before anything is offered. One row per thread that got a follow-up. A thread with a row is never offered again, so nobody is nudged twice.
- You control every message. You choose the threads, see each follow-up filled from the template, and nothing happens without a yes. You can skip one or stop the run at any point.
- A reply, not a new email. A sent follow-up goes into the thread it follows up, with a matching reply subject, so the other side sees it under the original.
- Dry run first. Dry run is on at the start. It shows what would be sent and records nothing, so it never changes what the next scan offers.
- Settings you can change. The wait and a company filter change which threads are offered, and the terminal shows the command each scan ran.
